We are committed to helping people change or adapt to the stress in their lives.

From the moment we are born we are faced with stressful situations and events that require us to adapt.
Adapting to situations and sources of stress allows us to resolve our reaction to stress and keep healthy and happy.
 
At A Development In Mind, we provide people with the help they need to reduce the harmful effects of stress, through counselling, consulting and coaching. Some people need someone to talk to who understands the pain of stress, some people need insight into their sources of stress and their personal stress reaction characteristics, others need ongoing help implementing positive changes into their lives that lessen their stress-load.
 
Learning how to deal with stress is a lesson that should be taught in school, but it's never too late to incorporate simple stress management techniques into your busy life.
